One of the things SynchroNet prides ourselves on is having a culture which supports the lifestyles of our staff and provides a good living for those in the Buffalo area.  We are a managed IT Support company which means we are the company people call when their computers break, crash or simply confuse them.  We help them set up their networks, work out the details on backups and failovers, and help them connect while they are quarantined during these trying times.

While everyone is being cautious in the current landscape, we feel it is important to let our clients know we are not looking for ways to reduce the quality of their support by outsourcing important roles overseas.  We hire people right here in the Buffalo area, they are your neighbors and people you may run into at the store.  We feel for our company to really serve our community, it is critical to be a part of our community.

We are certain there are amazing sales reps out there who have recently been laid off, or amazing technical support people who have been laid off.  If you have the skills and are an A+ team player, we always make room in our company for amazing staff.  What does this mean to us?  Let’s look at a few roles and you can see if you have what it takes.

In the sales role:  Do you love your clients and want to do what you can to serve them?  Do you have an interest and a passion for technology?  Are you willing to make a lot of calls and work towards challenging goals to benefit the whole team?  Are you able to help clients understand the need for business continuity, managed IT or services to keep their business running.  Do you want to help the company you work for break records and are you excited to see results?  We may have a spot for you!

On the technical support side – Do you have industry certifications?  If so, which ones?  Are you able to clearly communicate in a positive manner with frustrated clients and help them feel like you are 100% on their side.  Are you willing to let our team know in a systematic manner if there are tech issues you find that can make us better?  Do you have skills in common business platforms like Teams, MS Office, Print Drivers, Folder Sharing, Rules and Restrictions?  Are you passionate to help and be a critical part of our clients experience?
